By creating an account and using PickStrike, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

PickStrike is a free sports prediction game. You pick the winner of matches before they start and score points based on correct and incorrect picks. PickStrike is for entertainment purposes only. It does not involve real money, gambling, or prizes of any monetary value unless a private league owner independently organises such arrangements — in which case PickStrike bears no responsibility.

PickStrike is a game of skill. Predictions are based on a user's knowledge of sports, teams, and match conditions — not on chance. No element of the platform constitutes gambling or wagering under applicable law. PickStrike does not facilitate, organise, or endorse any real-money betting or prize pools of any kind. PickStrike is free to play and offers no prizes, cash, or monetary rewards of any kind — it is purely for entertainment and bragging rights.

PickStrike is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the Indian Premier League (IPL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or any cricket board, team, or franchise. All team names and tournament names are used for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PickStrike. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users found to be under 18 will have their accounts removed. PickStrike is not available in jurisdictions where online prediction games are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of PickStrike complies with the laws of your state, province, or country.

PickStrike is a free-to-play game with no entry fees, no real-money prizes, and no wagering of any kind. As such, it is not subject to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) or any federal US gambling law, which apply only to real-money gambling. However, certain US states impose restrictions on online prediction or fantasy-style games even when free. If you reside in Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, or Washington, please review your local laws before using PickStrike, as some states may broadly restrict such games regardless of whether money is involved. By using PickStrike from within the United States, you represent that your use complies with the laws of your state. PickStrike is not available to users in states where its use would be illegal.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not create accounts for others, impersonate anyone, or use the app to harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to exploit bugs or loopholes to gain unfair scoring advantages, not to use automated tools or bots to place picks, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app. Violations may result in account removal.

Private leagues are created and managed by users. PickStrike provides the tools but is not responsible for how individual leagues are run, any disputes between league members, or any informal arrangements (e.g. entry fees or prize pools) organised outside the app. Any such arrangements are solely between the participants involved.

The PickStrike name, logo, design, and software are the property of PickStrike. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of PickStrike without written permission. User-generated content (e.g. league names) remains your responsibility.

Match results and scores are updated by app administrators. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all results are immediately or always correct. Final scores are at the discretion of the admins.

We aim to keep PickStrike available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, pause, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

PickStrike is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the app, including any informal prize arrangements in private leagues. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use PickStrike (which is zero, as the service is free).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Users in the United States: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (or your state of residence where required by local law). Users in India: these Terms are governed by Indian law. Users in the EU: these Terms are construed in accordance with applicable EU law. All other users are subject to the laws of their respective jurisdictions. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction as required by local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PickStrike after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
